Cheer and Dance Spring Clinic to be held March 29

COOKEVILLE -- Students interested in cheer and dance can learn from some of the best as the Tennessee Tech cheer and dance squads will host their 2026 Spring Clinic at the Hooper Eblen Center on March 29. The clinic provides future Golden Eagles to take the next step toward collegiate athletics and offers an inside look at what it takes to represent the university.

Cheer and Dance recruitment camp to be held Oct. 5

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Interested in joining the Tennessee Tech cheer or dance teams? You can get a chance to as the Golden Eagle cheer and dance teams will host a recruitment clinic on October 5 at the Hooper Eblen Center. The camp, for students in 9th through 12th grade as well as current Tech students, has a $75 registration fee. The dance session will run from 1 PM to 3 PM with doors opening at 12:45 PM. The cheer session will go from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM with doors opening at 3:15 PM.

Golden Eagle Spirt Squad tryouts to be held April 11-13

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Interested in trying out for the nationally-ranked Tennessee Tech Cheerleading and Dance Teams? Tryouts will be held April 11, 12, and 13 in the Academic Wellness Center on Tech's campus.
